Easy like Sunday Morning

We slacked this weekend BIG TIME!  Normally we get a workout in and a couple cardio sessions, but we took a much needed break and instead did a little training of the SOUL.




I still think I lost some weight as I feel and look a little leaner.  Fasting works.  Saturday I discovered a new adult beverage that I do enjoy.  It is called Jim Beam Red Stag Honey Tea.  If you do enjoy an adult libation from time to time like I do, grab some up at the local store and sit on your back deck, soaking in this decent weather.

Yesterday I got my kids trampoline up and now I have an instant babysitter that I dont have to pay.  I dont ever ask to be called a good man, but damn it I am a good dad for sure!  ;)

I even got a little bit of a sun burn today.  This isnt the first one of the year thanks to the warm March we had.
